"Luck Favors the Prepared"

A short time ago, a Simplicity Agent, let's call him Jon Doe, learned his brother was in the market to buy a new home. Jon owns his own business in Naples and real estate sales is not how he pays his bills. Jon will admit, though he has a licensee he is not a real estate sales expert.

Jon's brother found a lovely home that was for sale in excess of one million dollars.
