Simplicity:
The Concept is New

01
We've Learned...From Them
Simplicity has spent years researching the real estate business, studying our competition and interviewing countless agents and brokers.
02
What We Heard - The Brokers
For the Brokers, especially at the big shops, they are seemingly in a never-ending arms race to have the newest, fanciest (and most complicated) technology to offer their agents.
Some Brokers freely admit they are often having to switch technology because it either doesn't work or their agents "hate" it. Or both. Click For Simplicity's Solution:

What We Heard - The Agents
Many agents find more frustration in complicated CRMs and confusing Document Management Systems then they find benefit. They find the hours upon hours of time it takes to learn these systems a waste of time that doesn't help them find and close more business. That the broker requires use of these systems and the training that goes along with these systems is something many agents would prefer to do without.
Occasional/part-time agents are also concerned with the financial burden of association and MLS fees. Click For Simplicity's Solution:

Where's My Broker?
Far too often we found agents who couldn't get their Broker on the phone when they needed them, and sometimes when they did, their Broker wouldn't help. "Call the attorney".
When you're sitting at your desk writing a contract that could make you tens of thousands of dollars, you don't need a CRM or a slick advertising flyer, you need your Broker on the phone. Click For Simplicity's Solution:
